What You Will Be Doing

 

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will:

 

  • Lead key account management for major automotive and tractor OEMs, focusing on market expansion and customer engagement.
  • Drive sales growth by leveraging your technical expertise in automotive catalysts and developing strategic, multi-level customer relationships.
  • Establish Umicore as a preferred partner on supplier panels and secure competitive bids for future opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in supply chain, sourcing, and project management to ensure smooth operations and successful project delivery.
  • Support global accounts, contribute to product innovations, and align local strategies with international objectives.

 

Who We Are Looking For

 

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven individual with:

 

  • A degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred) or BSc in Chemistry + MBA.
  • At least 12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in key account management.
  • The ability to build influential relationships, drive collaboration, and anticipate customer needs with proactive solutions.
