1. Ensure the quality for whole production process from raw material incoming to finish good delivery.

2. Control and mitigate risk of project phase and production process.

3. Lead the team to handle the projects. And communicate with customer teams for customer spec setting, customer concerns.

4. Handle the customer complaint.

5. Be responsible for internal and external audit. And ensure the quality system meet customer request.

6. Be responsible for local supplier management, push supplier to improve product quality to meet catalyst production requirement and customer spec.

7. Manage the daily quality activities, keep CAPA operation timely and effectively. Keep good information and lesson learn shared within the plant.

8. Lead and conduct plant CIP. Support other plant teams on daily improvement or troubleshooting.

9. Be the window in quality aspect to communicate with Headquarters and other plants regarding quality, process and materials etc.

10. Lead the team to implement and maintain quality system in the plant and ensure quality system effectively.

11. Manage all quality team staffing accountabilities, including recruiting and hiring,  coaching, and training & development.
