What you will be doing

1.    从事生产操作并负责班组内的生产管理；如：安排人员工作，监督操作人员不安全的行为，完成本班组的工作内容等；

2.    作为榜样遵循公司和部门的规章制度，确保本班组内的工作活动都符合公司安全和环保的要求；

3.    协助生产主管解决生产过程中的异常问题，找到根本原因并在班组内分享；

4.    组织和执行对新员工的指导和培训，确保班组成员及时参加各项培训并达到培训考核的要求；

5.    组织和监督班组人员TPM&5S的执行，确保班组内人员都执行TPM和5S的相关要求；

6.    配合工程部、安全部完成相关作业的现场工作，确保现场环境符合作业票的要求；

7.    审核生产过程关键质量数据，监控生产过程的稳定性。

8.    完成生产主管安排的其他工作事项；      

Who we are looking for

1)    大专学历，优秀者可放宽至高中或化工中专毕业；

2)    5年以上化工厂工作经验，1年以上生产班管理经验；

3)    精通化工厂基本的设备，有强烈的安全、环保、成本意识；

4)    危险化学品操作证或叉车证可优先考虑；

5)    有DCS 或PLC或MES 操作经验者可优先考虑；

6）强烈的化工安全意识，良好的团队管理和沟通能力
