What you will be doing

As Production Manager in our plant in Acigné, you lead the team to produce at best cost and organize the link with other departments of the company to deliver customer requirements. You will have following responsabilities:

• You are a safety leader and lead by example. You lead the EOM safety transformation program in the team and a create a cultural change with regard safety. You take initiatives and implement these in the production.
• You ensure continuity of production flow, from supply and availability of stock to the shipment of finished products. You plan plant capacity, manpower, etc. and adjust if needed.
• You will interact daily with sister sites located in USA and UK.
• You take part on continuous improvement project to enhance the production practices and workshop performance.
• You have direct contact with customers and suppliers related to quality, scheduling and product order communication. You communicate with different internal and external stakeholders to align on strategic product ramps.
• You report to the Head of Production and have a team of 40 people including supervisors.

We are looking for a colleague with:

• You combine a Master Degree in Science or Engineering with minimum 10 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment.
• You have a solid background in planning and project management. Your organization skills are well developed.
• You are fluent in English and French and possess strong interpersonal skills. You feel confident to communicate with different internal and external stakeholders in a complex environment.
