What you will be doing

     Support site P&L manager to establish UFCC site P&L management procedures.

     Supervise month end gathering of inventory information, reconciliation of raw material inventories and Finished Goods inventories.

     Supervise bidding processes of shipping companies for intra site transport.

     Per biz needs out of China, support P&L manager to establish tolling book of UFCC.

     Negotiation (or support of negotiation) and support management of assigned major procurement and investment contracts of UFCC

     Creation of cost savings through volume contract negotiations, set up of service contracts, increased standardization in purchases, optimization of volume levels, improved warehousing,

     Monitor service and product contracts within UFCC

     Follow up qualification and rating of vendors throughout UFCC in view of UFCC or FCS BU strategy of standardization of equipment and vendors and protection of product, process & equipment IP.

     Well execute work of importing, exporting of relevant dangerous chemicals or goods with view on tariff exemption options.

     Seek out suppliers to obtain price quotations and specifications

     Compare and negotiate product/service quality, delivery terms and price in order to recommend supply and service contracts

     Monitor goods receipts and goods issues matching with contracts/POs and FCS policies.

     Coach and develop P&L specialist to support on above bullet points executions.

     Lead site Admin work with support of P&L specialist.

 

Who we are looking for

Bachelor in business or logistics

Good knowledge of procurement

3-5 years experience in logistics or business

Knowledge of basic finance and accounting is a plus

Be able to work in both oral and written English.

Capable user of PC MS office applications

Good negotiation skills

Working experience in automotive or chemical industry is plus

Experience with importing, exporting of dangerous goods or chemicals is strong plus

Experience with dealing of tolling book is strong plus

Enthusiastic team player with an open "can do" mentality

Good communication skills & good team leading

Ability to identify and solve problems

Independent, self-initiative

Innovative and adaptable to change
