What you will be doing

Process and product quality monitoring and problem solving :

  • Process and product trend monitoring, standardization of line parameters, controlling process and product quality with IT software
  • Continue improvement, working of process and product trend stabilization
  • Solve technical quality issue and root cause investigation, provide preventive and corrective actions. Prepare NCR report and support in 8D reports preparation
  • Provide ideas how to safely manage rework process and unqualified product
  • Support QM/AM for contamination management, support to input C-FMEA
  • Preparation of product and process training material

 

Mass production trial execution :

  • Follow up on the lines qualification and product qualification
  • Finish different grade technical reports
  • Manage the process condition and provide guideline to OPS
  • Prepare qualification report, PFD/P-FMEA/Control plan and process condition lists

 

Process improvement/4M change(ECR) :

  • Manage and follow up on the process improvement/4M change(ECR)
  • Provide process feasibility for potential changes. Prepare ECR technical report
  • Propose improvements of the process efficiency and continuous activities to improve OPS performance
  • Support project process design/PSM.

 

RM/Additive management :

  • New RM/Additive qualification
  • Monitor RM/Additive quality, give QM & PD instruction for the RM unqualified issue
  • Give the guideline about RM usage
  • Support PC manager/PTI to implement the RM spec
  • Take a part in supplier management/audit

 

Who we are looking for

1. Education:

- bachelor’s in engineering, chemistry or related field

 

2. Technical skills:

- Ability to learn and understand production product, process and equipment

- Good knowledge for chemistry, machine and analysis to understand fundamental of product and process

- Good speaking and writing English

- Good knowledge of MS and other software, and good understanding of on-line share point and the other data management system

 

3. Others
