What you will be doing

Main Responsibilities and Task:

• • 严格遵守公司及作业区制定的有关规章制度，包括但不限于交接班手续、安全技术规程等作业指导书，以确保生产过程的安全和规范。
  • 按照岗位工艺操作规程进行操作，这包括但不限于生产过程中的监控、日常巡检、特殊作业的监护监管工作等等；
  • 负责责任设备的自主保养和责任区域的5S工作，确保工作场所的清洁、整齐和有序。
  • 应对异常情况及时汇报，以减少生产过程中的中断和损失。
  • 负责确认各类投放物料重量并记录，确保生产过程中的物料平衡和产品质量。
  • 做好日常巡检、取样及交接班记录，以及时发现并处理生产过程中的问题。
  • 协助完成领导交待的其他任务，包括参与对工厂设备的维修保养工作，配合工程部做好设备定期维护保养。
  • 严格执行设备、设施、物料的定置管理，保证工作场所的清洁、整齐和有序。
  • 服从上级安排的其它工作，包括但不限于安全操作、设备维护、以及日常管理等任务。

Who we are looking for

• • 大专学历，优秀者可放宽至高中或化工中专毕业；
  • 1年以上化工厂工作经验，熟悉化工厂基本的设备；
  • 有危险化学品操作证或叉车证可优先考虑；
  • 有DCS 或PLC 操作经验者可优先考虑；
