What you will be doing
As the Operational Excellence Technologist at UBM Korea, you will support operational excellence initiatives to enhance site performance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implement LEAN transformation activities at UBMK (training, coaching, and leading projects).
- Lead the site-wide expansion plan for TPM autonomous pillar.
- Manage UBMK's 5S Program (facilitating steerCo, leading audits, and overseeing the recognition program).
- Lead assigned improvement projects.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Operational Excellence, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proven experience in LEAN deployment or leading Kaizen events.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in computing skills (e.g., MS Office, Power BI).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in operational excellence or continuous improvement functions is preferred.
