What you will be doing

As the Operational Excellence Technologist at UBM Korea, you will support operational excellence initiatives to enhance site performance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implement LEAN transformation activities at UBMK (training, coaching, and leading projects).
• Lead the site-wide expansion plan for TPM autonomous pillar.
• Manage UBMK's 5S Program (facilitating steerCo, leading audits, and overseeing the recognition program).
• Lead assigned improvement projects.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Operational Excellence, preferably within a similar industry.
• Proven experience in LEAN deployment or leading Kaizen events.
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficient in computing skills (e.g., MS Office, Power BI).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in operational excellence or continuous improvement functions is preferred.
