What you will be doing
- You will analyse several areas in plant in Nowa Ruda to find improvement potential to make processes easier, better, faster and cheaper.
- Based on your analysis you will take the actions which will bring the biggest value.
- You will lead a team in order to implement the actions you have defined with the team.
- The success will be measured on KPIs.
- You will support the plant in continuous improvement.
- Encourage and motivate employees to think critical about their work and strive for excellence.

 

Who we are looking for
•    3 years’ experience in continuous improvement and lean management.
•    You have successfully completed a degree in natural sciences, engineering or business administration or a comparable degree. 
•    You have led already a few improvement projects to success.
•    Preferably certified as greenbelt and you are familiar with tools like DMAIC, SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, Root cause analysis etc.
•    You have a structured approach and your decisions are made based on a well-founded analysis.
•    You have security in implementing organizational changes.
•    You have great skills to build good relationship with people, motivate, train and support the team to make it happen.
•    You have a very strong customer oriented thinking rather its internal or external customer.
•    You remain calm even in difficult phases, bring perseverance and patience to achieve the goal.
•    You have always to vision and strategy in mind when you make a decision.
•    Your verbal and written Polish and English skills are at a presentation-proof level.
