What you will be doing ?

 

  1. Secure Analysis Reliability
  1. Monitor equipment reliability in the relevant areas (RM, QC trend)
  2. Ensure analytical reliability through reliability results (SPC, MSA, QC, etc.)
  3. Manage technical SOPs (implementation, training, translation, regular review)

 

  1. Support Functions
  1. Support other departments with validations, cross-checks, and investigations
  2. Participate in projects within the relevant area, such as automation
  3. Cooperate with ACC (review and advise on DOE or testing plans to improve analytical efficiency and continuously investigate)
  4. Provide training on new SOPs and improvements to lab chemists
  5. Ensure laboratory quality systems are maintained based on ISO17025 standards

 

  1. Respond to Reliability Issues
  1. Identify root causes and implement corrective actions for reliability issues
  2. Act as the focal point for communication with other departments

 

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Material Science, or a related field with 1-5 years of experience in Quality Control, Analytical Lab, or a related area
  • Knowledge of ICP, QMS, and statistical tools is a plus
  • Working Knowledge of various physical analytical equipment (e.g. PSD, SEM, EDS, XRF, XRD...)
  • Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management skills
